Grading
How we grade refurbished units.
Every sellable unit receives a cosmetic and functional grade before it ships. Grades are communicated on quotes and packing lists so resellers and enterprise buyers can price with confidence. Functional failures are repaired or excluded from Grade A/B stock.
B
Grade B — Good
Light scratches or scuffs that do not affect function. Common wholesale grade for value-focused B2B buyers.
C
Grade C — Fair
Heavier cosmetic wear; still functionally tested. Suited for budget channels, parts programs or secondary markets.
Refurbishment
Diagnostics, cleaning, repair, data wiping and full function testing on every unit. Consistent A/B/C grading so wholesale buyers know exactly what they are getting.

What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQs vary by category, grade mix and current stock. Piece-level orders are sometimes possible for samples; most wholesale buyers order by box or pallet. Share your target quantity on the quote form and we will confirm what we can fulfill now.
How does A / B / C grading work?
Grade A is excellent cosmetic condition with full function testing. Grade B shows light wear that does not affect use. Grade C has heavier cosmetic wear but remains functionally tested. Grades are noted on quotes and packing lists so you can price accurately.
Do you export outside the UAE?
Yes. We regularly support buyers in the Middle East, Africa, Asia and Europe. We prepare packing lists and commercial documentation and coordinate with freight partners experienced in electronics cargo. Incoterms and lead times are confirmed before shipment.
Can you wipe data from corporate buybacks?
Secure wiping for storage devices can be included in intake for IT asset buyback lots. Tell us your wipe requirements when you request a buyback quote so we can scope the work correctly.
Which brands and categories do you stock?
Core categories are refurbished laptops, mobiles, LCD monitors, desktop computers, and hard drives / SSDs. Stock rotates with enterprise-sourced lots across common brands such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Apple and others. Live availability is confirmed on every quote.
How fast do you respond to wholesale inquiries?
We typically reply within one business day during Sunday–Thursday hours (GST). Include category, quantity, preferred grades and destination so sales can respond with pricing and availability in one pass.
